Emerald's Finishing Technology enables continuous dye + DWR, or DWR only finishing for a broad range of fabrics and does not other conventional dyeing or finishing methods. Our DWR finish can be used on dope-dyed fabric, piece-dyed fabric or yarn-dyed fabric. For single step dye + DWR, roll goods are first coated continuously at room temperature and then are continuously cured in a stenter. No rinsing, fixing, or reductive cleaning is needed to achieve brilliant colors that are colorfast and meet industry requirements. In this way, Emerald's Bio Polymer finishing technology is truly climate friendly, uses far less water than conventional finishing and produces no waste stream. Customers need only Emerald's Bio Polymer chemistry and conventional dyestuff. That is why Emerald Finishing is the green gem of the textile industry.

Fabrics suitable for Emerald Bio Polymer finishing technology are:

• 100% cotton including Ventile cotton, cotton blends with PES or PA or EL: dye + DWR or DWR only
• Tencel, Viscose, Rayon fabrics and blends with EL: dye + DWR or DWR only
• 100% Nylon, Nylon 6,6 or polyamide, PA blends with PES, cotton or EL: dye + DWR or DWR only
• 100% Polyester, PES blends with CO, PA or EL: dye + DWR or DWR only
• Aramids: DWR
• Acrylic: DWR or dye + DWR
• Coming soon: Wool

All of these fabrics have been finished using Emerald's proprietary Bio Polymer finishing technology as a continuous process that takes only 10-15 minutes for finishing!
